Sometimes, it feels like there’s piles of unfinished work and thousands of pounds of tasks waiting to be done, burying you under all the clutter and responsibility.

Dishes to be washed, cleaned, and put away, emails to be written, edited, and sent to just the right people at just the right time, beds to be made and bathrooms to be tidied — it all can feel like so much you have to do, when you have no time to do it.

However, if you actually take a moment to examine your time, really pick it apart and notice how you’re spending it, you might notice you have more time than you think.

One of the best ways to give your productivity a boost and cut through all the work you have to do, getting to actually doing it, is to start scheduling your day — specifically using calendar blocking.
