1. Delete ‘the’ app.
We all have ‘that’ app.
The one that you spend hours on every day, the one that, once you open it, you stay on for forever.
Maybe it’s a social media app like Instagram or YouTube, maybe it’s a mobile game(Block Blast, anyone?), maybe it’s even Messages or Discord.
Whatever it is, you’ve probably been trying to limit your time on it.
I’m here to tell you: delete it.
That idea might seem unfathomable for a lot of reasons, but remember:

Think of it like a test run. You’re just seeing how a month, or a week, or a day, without Instagram feels like.
And, keep in mind you can usually access the app on web or on another device if you really need to — it’s just much harder, and therefore, far less tempting.
