Whether it’s for relaxation, a personal project, a new habit, or a class you want to take, here’s how to adjust your time and schedule for a free hour.

To help you better see how this works, I’ll be using Google Calendar as a visual representation of the example schedule.

Google Calendar is also a great tool for managing your time through calendar/time blocking.

We’ll start with an average schedule, and I’ll walk you through, step-by-step, how to change, shorten, and tweak the schedule for an extra hour.
