Productivity workflows can be crazy.

They can span multiple apps, multiple devices, multiple people, take thousands of hours to build and perfect, manage every grain of sugar in your 5am coffee.

And that’s definitely impressive…but also unrealistic for a lot of people.

It’s always been hard to find that right balance: not too micro-managey, not too loose and useless.

But I think I finally found the answer: Notion Calendar.

What is Notion Calendar?

Now, I know Notion Calendar isn’t exactly just-released(it came out Jan 2024) — I’m late to the game, sorry.

See, I’ve been using Notion for many years now, and when Notion Calendar first came out, I was super excited.

For some reason, though, I never really explored it — it didn’t click with me immediately, and so I let it go and forgot that it existed.
