There are so many different ways to journal, and so many benefits it gives both your mind and your soul

There are so many small moments in our lives, ones that bring out our smiles, laughs, frowns, or even tears.

Whether the day is eventful or rather normal, there are always some feelings and thoughts at the end of it, swirling inside our minds, chasing into our dreams, and maybe even carrying on to the next day.

Talking about your day is something you might only have done when you were younger and were asked by your parents or older siblings. Maybe you still do it with friends, or maybe you don’t do it anymore.

Not talking or reflecting on your day may not seem like a big deal or something to want to ‘fix’.

Yet, if you think about it, it’s like pouring water(life and it’s many emotions) into a bottle(us/our minds), day after day after day. With no way for the water to go out, it’s trapped in there until one day, it overflows and drips — or even explodes — out.

Of course, some people have more of a need to reflect on the past than others.
