Waking up early every day is life-changing.
It doesn’t seem like it would be, but it is.
Now, I’ve written articles on how to craft the perfect morning routine, how to fall asleep fast(sometimes with journaling), even what I use my early mornings for.
But I’ve never directly addressed the herculean feat of waking up early — we’re talking 5 or 6am — every single day.
Now, I was going to write an article of 10–15 tips on waking up early, little tidbits and nuggets of information, but when I thought about it, it all really boils down to three things:
