This One-Hour Productive Reset Routine Will Change Your Life
Get yourself back on track in 60 simple minutes
Some days go by miraculously fast.
Others don’t.
But just because you have a bad morning or a bad noon or even a bad evening doesn’t mean the rest of the day is over.
This routine is a full and comprehensive plan for getting your body, mind, and spirit ready to keep tackling the day, or at least end it on a good note.
And if you keep it up, doing it every time you feel your motivation slipping, you’ll see it’s effects on your whole life, too.
1. Work out — 10 minutes
I can drone on and on about the benefits of physical exercise and how even though it hurts it’s still worth it and how the hardest part is the start, but really, you have just got to do it.
It’s the number one way, the number one way, to resetting yourself.
You get to turn off your brain, turn off all that numbing chatter, and instead better your physique.
If you really can’t bring yourself to sweat, to feel the burn, then do something easier, lighter. Go on a walk, maybe a jog if you feel like it(but you can always go back to walking).
