You’re Not Lazy, You’re Just Unfocused

Here’s the thing about productivity.
You can have subscriptions to every single productivity app, you can watch every productivity video, read every article, have the perfect productivity system, and still get nothing done.
How?
By focusing on too many things, scattering your attention, time, and passion, too early.
The Attention Bucket
Let’s say your attention is a bucket. It has 100 ‘droplets’ of water in it.
If you focus on one thing — say, work — you will give it all 100 droplets.
If you focus on two things, maybe each one gets 50, or one gets 75 while the other gets 25.
If you focus on three, each project may receive 30–50 droplets.
But what about five things? Eight things? Ten things? As you focus on more and more things, obviously each one gets less and less attention, until it might only get 15 droplets, 10, 5, 1.
And here’s the thing — at a certain point, it becomes useless.
You may be able to make progress at something with 20 droplets, but with 10? That project might cross your…
