I’ve reviewed countless productivity apps, from Google Calendar to Notion to Freeter.

And through it all, people have asked me to review one app over and over and over again: Capacities.

What is Capacities?

In the beginning, Capacities looks like a pretty standard productivity app.

It’s available on browser(which is what I used to test it out), as a desktop app for Mac and Windows, and on iOS and Android mobile devices.

It has a nice-to-look-at, modern, clean interface(and it has dark mode!), and let me just say, scrolling through their website for just a few seconds already gets you excited to use it.

Capacities is relatively new — it was launched in January 2022, and has been consistently pumping out new features with new releases(as of October 14 2024 we’re on release 42).

Now, before we dive into the structure and concept of the app, let’s quickly talk price.
